More than one-third of organizations still rely solely on protective features of their SaaS vendor. This creates a false sense of security and a serious gap between perceived preparedness and actual resilience.
47% of respondents admit they couldn't recover from a major data loss within 24 hours. 11% say it would take them more than a month.
SaaS platforms' built-in features might cushion the data, but they don’t replace the need for real backup. Think bubble wrap; it provides some level of protection, but it's not as safe as shipping insurance.
